Annual and monthly memberships renew automatically. Cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Lifetime memberships are non-refundable after seven days. We do not pro-rate refunds on monthly plans.
The Sunday letter, archive, and members' forum are for personal reading. Please do not republish, resell, or mass-forward members-only content.
Items shown in the marketplace link out to independent shops, galleries, and workshops. The sale and fulfilment are between you and that seller. We are not party to the transaction. A consultation is one personal conversation, by video or in the Florence studio, plus a written summary sent within seven days. Bookings are confirmed by us within 24 hours; until confirmed, you are not charged.
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session are fully refunded. Within 48 hours, half is refunded. No-shows are not refunded. We are happy to reschedule once at no cost.
Photographs, letters, and boards you upload remain yours. By submitting them to us you grant a narrow, non-exclusive licence to read, store, and (only with explicit consent) quote from them in the Sunday letter. We never publish your name, address, or images without you saying yes in writing.
The site, the letters, and the consultations are offered in good faith and to the best of our taste, but without warranty. Suggestions we send are not contracts; you remain the author of your own home. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are settled in the courts of Florence. For consumer residents of the EU, your mandatory local rights are unaffected.
