When you sign in, subscribe to the Sunday letter, or reserve a consultation, we ask only for what is necessary: an email address, a name if you choose to share one, and the rooms or photographs you send us by mail.
When you visit the site, we record minimal, aggregate analytics: pages visited, country, referring source. We do not use cross-site trackers, and we do not sell, share, or rent personal data.
To send the things you asked for (the weekly letter, your account, your consultation confirmation), and to understand which pages of the archive are useful to read again, so we can write better ones.
Account and payment data are stored with Supabase (Frankfurt) and Stripe (Dublin). Newsletter records live in our mail provider. Analytics live with PostHog. All providers are GDPR-aligned. None of them receive your photographs or written letters: those stay with us, on encrypted drives, until our conversation ends or you ask us to delete them.
Write to info@kaininteriors.com at any time to view, correct, export, or delete what we hold about you. We answer within five working days, usually sooner. Cancelling a membership cancels the subscription only. You must ask separately if you want your record removed entirely.
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and one to remember your country for regional pricing. Nothing else. If you decline cookies, the site still works, you just sign in more often.
If this document changes, we will post the new effective date here and send a short note to active members.
